Our open communication keeps you informed throughout the entire process. Ensuring your project remains on time and in budget is as important to us as it is you.
The first step is to call us or email us, and we will gather information about your needs. We will then setup a time to come to the home and discuss your project! At this meeting, we will learn more about your needs, take pictures, measure, and if possible discussing budget ranges with the homeowner.
Ideally, our second in-person meeting will be at our office where we will review basic design options, preliminary plans and determine a realistic budget range for the work to be done. For smaller projects with fewer variables, we can provide a contract with the costs and timeline for the work to be done. At this meeting, our goal is for the homeowner, Sean and Angie to decide together if the project is the right fit and move forward. We know many homeowners interview more than one contractor. Ultimately, we want to be sure we're a good fit for each other and our goals and expectations are aligned in order to make your project a success.
At this point on larger projects, we start working on finalizing the design, making selections and getting a finial price. This can go as fast or as slow as needed. Once all these decisions are made, we present the homeowner with complete contract which includes a detailed scope of work, plans as needed, and payment schedule. We then set the start date and discuss how long the project will take to complete.
Once we get started, our team works hard to keep the homeowner informed on the progress of the project and answers all questions in a timely manner. We all like surprises, just not with our remodeling projects because often times, that means more money and/or time.
