Some of our clients have plans or drawings at the first meeting, but many only have an idea of what they want to accomplish within their home. If you do not have a set of plans, we are able to direct you to several of our trade partners to help clarify your vision. If you do, however, have a set of plans, we can participate in the bid process.
At the initial meeting, we may discuss your choices such as appliances, plumbing fixtures, or flooring material. Once we have narrowed down your choice and have a plan in place, we will meet with you again to review your estimate or a bid depending on the details of your plans.
Once you decide to employ Red River Remodelers for your project, we will meet to discuss permitting, time schedules and final decisions. Our team will help you make all selections required to complete your project. You, as the client, set the level of involvement and communication that you want for your project. We believe in and nurture open lines of communication throughout the project. Through rigorous oversight, we are able to let you know of any construction issues that may arise.

After a combined 25 years of experience in the construction industry, owners Sean Thomas & Angie Jackson decided to open their own remodeling company in 2011. Where do you work?
The majority of our work is in the Shreveport/Bossier City area and the surrounding 50 mile radius. Including the areas of Benton, Haughton, Plain Dealing, Mansfield, Stonewall, Keithville & Coushatta.
How much will the work cost?
Because remodeling is different in every home there is no way to say exactly what a project will cost prior to doing a great deal of investigating. Once a homeowner has decided to use Red River Remodelers we provide detailed estimates for the cost of work, prior to signing any contract. Red River Remodelers has reasonable prices and works with clients with an array of budgets.
Who oversees my project?
As owners we are involved in every step of your project. Angie Jackson will be assigned to your job and will work with trade professionals and suppliers as a team to oversee every detail anticipating challenges, providing solutions, and ensuring your complete satisfaction prior to construction beginning. Once the project begins Sean Thomas works on a daily bases with subcontractors and suppliers to see that your project is completed in a timely manner and exceeds your expectations. Both Angie and Sean are available at any time during the project to listen to their clients’ needs and issues.
How long does it take?
Each project has a different time schedule and we give each homeowner an anticipated time frame at contract signing. We have weekly meetings with the owner to easily monitor job progress.
